“Hands down Jodi is the BEST. She cares & takes the time to make sure you understand. The entire staff, Chris, Evan, Barb & the tiny pharmacist whose name I always forget, but you can usually see her pop around the corner every once in a while. If there is an issue, they will always try to help work it out. Example… I have a prescription due in a few days and it is on a national shortage so one of the staff members contacted me to let me know that they don’t have it in stock at the moment and just start calling other Safeway and other pharmacies to try and locate one that has it. Not many pharmacies would take the extra step to do that.”
“Staff are always nice. Store is kept well stocked with a large variety of items not found in other nearby grocery stores.
We have had good experiences with the customer service department on returns.”
“They dont make fresh French bread and their prices are not as cheap as Safeway on some items but their is a good selection and having home goods and clothing is an added plus but they are more expensive than Amazon on the flip side it is nice to be able to hold and try on the item before hand instead of guessing it will fit or it is made well so there is a trade off if I need it now uncle Fred's is great took the star off for no fresh French bread ... all and all its comparable to Safeway if it was closer than Safeway is for me x2 stores I might go there more often Safeway has better deals on meat and quality seems consistently better tho I may be partial since I've been an Albertsons and now Safeway shopper my whole life and safeway honors every competitors sale price if one is diligent enough to do their homework and clips coupons like my dad taught me to do . 4 outta 5 aint that bad”

“This is my favorite Safeway fuel station to go to. For many reasons. I love how well lit this gas station is at all times. Nothing about it feels sketchy. I can't say that at all locations. Everybody who works there is so nice and so friendly and helpful. Getting in and out of there is a breeze. Even if there's a long line, it moves so quickly. Because the people here are so knowledgeable and so good at their jobs. I feel safe here. That's the biggest thing. I feel like if I needed help it would be there. And I don't just mean for safety reasons, but if I had a question about my gas points or something, they're always quick to answer. There are a ton of pumps too. It's probably got even more than the one on 72nd in Portland. But it's safer. I just wanted to make sure I took the time to leave a review because I've always had such positive experiences and mostly because of the people who work for it. They're always so jovial and it rubs off on me. Oh and they have probably the largest selection of drinks and snacks that I've seen at a Safeway fuel station. Like you can actually go inside so you're not sitting out in the rain and it's air-conditioned in the summertime.”

“My neighborhood store always have good selection for groceries and also veggies and fruit the pharmacy is good too have more products, they have increased security by controlling the entrances which seems to be working. Good parking lot and gas prices are competitive.”

“Super friendly and competent public-facing staff. We moved from the nearby Walmart pharmacy and have no regrets. The only other observation from me personally, in comparing the Walmart pharmacy in Bonney Lake with the Costco pharmacy; Costco has the advantage in their outstanding public-facing personnel. Walmart had a bit better organized system, resulting in smooth and efficient service. I will stick with Costco.”

“The pharmacy had me on hold with one call ahead of me. Answered to say they would be right with me... put me on hold again that eventually rang and then hung up on me. Just to call back and then have 2 callers ahead of me. I'd give lower stars if this was just for the pharmacy. When I went in person they had several people behind the counter with no one else in line, and it took them a while to even acknowledge that I was standing there. Other than that the store is nice, clean and the staff in the store were friendly.”
“While I was waiting in line at the cash register, the gentleman being helped was expressing his irritation over having to wait so long for his prescription. The cashier listened to his complaints and graciously diffused his anger to the point that he left smiling. She should be recognized by management for her people skills. I wish I had noticed her name. This happened on Saturday 4/25/26 @ about 2:30 pm.”
