My dad and i came in to store his boat for the winter and the garages were a little narrow for his boat but the guy who was at the front desk (i think his name was Lue) out in liberty lake, was beyond helpful and even offered to use his truck to take it back further. amazing service !!

We had a unit for 2 1/2 years here and were so impressed with the quality of the staff and service. They personally contacted me when they found my lock was not engaged during their rounds and replaced the lock free of charge when it became stiff. The checkin and checkout procedure was simple. The facility was always clean and I felt safe being there alone in the evening. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Otis Orchards.
