“I use Brown Bear Car Wash quite regularly. I must admit the staffs in majority of the locations are very helpful; though I’ve never reviewed their services yet. Today was the day I can’t ignore at 22706 Marin View Dr S in Des Moines (South Seattle WA). My Subaru Crosstrek fitted with cargo box on the top and bike mount on the back couldn’t go in the wash tunnel for obvious reasons. I was straggling to unmount the EXEL Thule cargo box and one the most attentive team members named Steven Prak run up to me to help. I was impressed with his courteous demeanor and helpfulness. That was awesome. He helped me mount the same bulky box after wash. I offered a cash tip but he refused to accept saying “I’m here to help my customers. This is my job brother.” The entire team were great and respectful. I hope this won’t change. What a service.Kudos Team!!”

“Great experience with this local company. I do recommend them. Anthony was very responsive to my calls text and questions. There were a couple tiny bubbles in the ppf as well as some in the window tint I noticed when I picked up my car. Anthony said they would dissipate as the they cured over the next 2 to 3 weeks and if not to bring it back in. In fact I can't see them anymore after the first week. I have already recommended Ocdetail to a friend that will likely be calling about getting his car in soon.Great work thanks much for delivering a quality job the first time. Nice work guys!!!”

“How have I not left a review for JD yet? Madness. JD has been coming to my house for at least two years now. Since day one his service has been superb and hasn’t changed. Front office is extremely communicative and responsive, and I can schedule my appointments with ease. JD is always on time and makes my car look brand new every time he comes. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work and really listened to what was most important to me, and he delivers. Pricing is beyond fair for the work, time and attention to detail that I’ve received. I only like to refer businesses that I know, hands down, will do a great job (cause then I look crazy if they don’t). So anytime someone is looking for a mobile detailer, I GLADLY share his info.”

“This place is seriously so talented u0026 skilled!! Despite being primarily an auto painting service shop, I was able to get my rough '97 Ford Expedition interior detailed ? Believe me when I say this car came back to be a whole different vehicle lol, the interior was caked in mold in every crevice you can imagine including all of the seat belts u0026 between the seats ? the beige leather seats u0026 dash were so grimy it looked horrendous ? so when this car came back to me it looked brighter u0026 brand new on the inside!! ??? “I've been going to Mike on and off for almost 10 years. Mike has detailed my SUV about 4x and has done work on my car over the years. He has fixed paint chips, scratches, fixed my tail lights, replaced my bumper, changed my breaks, and has done a full tune up. He is fair pricing compared to many other mechanic places and I fully trust him with my car. It's not every day you run across honest and highly skilled mechanics. I recommend Mike for anyone who doesn't want to get ripped off by greedy America and inflation, without sacrificing an honest and quality job done right. He's really talented and fair. I appreciate business owners like this, because they are becoming more and more rare. Thank you for all you've done and thank you for being a stand up guy when so many others fail at that.”

“I paid for the most expensive option for $20 that included a wash along with tire cleaning and dressing. The service was very friendly and fast. The wash and polish for the body was very good and left it nearly spotless. As for the tires, they manually had to clean it and didn't thoroughly clean the whole rim which was pretty disappointing. Overall I'd pay for their services again but just for a regular body wash and polish.”

“My husband's car is filthy dirty he washes it twice a year. And anytime I drive it I like to have it washed. We pull up to One of the two lines to wash the vehicle. There's a really nice lady who stands outside and describes anything for us that we do not understand and makes recommendations if we ask her. I told her my car was really dirty and she said that if we felt the car was still dirty after we went through the car wash that we could run it through again for free. That was cool. I Paid for my car wash and moved forward. Another really nice lady had a paddle in her hand that Gave us the expected direction of when we should go which way to turn if we're outside the lane or inside the lane. Put your car in neutral and let the conveyor move your vehicle through the car wash. Inside there were multiple color lights which was entertaining with itself. When we got to the end of the car wash I was surprised at how clean it was. I really didn't want to take the time to run the car through the car wash again but it only needed a little bit more cleaning. It looked 80% better than it was. I was just happy it didn't look disgusting anymore. I would definitely go here again. It was one of the best carwashes I've ever been to, I especially love the fact that I didn't have to get out of my car.”

“Ok wash. They don't have brushes or anything, just this wand goes over your car a few times and sprays it with water and cleaners.Overall, 3 out of 5 for the wash. However at the moment, on Mondays the premium wash is like $10.”

“I took my SUV through here paid the extra for the special.. seemed to do very well getting dirty and bugs that were caked on from my previous road trip to Leavenworth. Only reason I don't give a 5 stars is because the wash didn't clean my wheels that well but I do love the touchless carwash!”
