They went out of their way to deliver to the new address (which was out of their service location) with out any added fees or complications. Their driver was excellent and cheerful which helped make things run just a little bit more smoothly. Thank you so much for your help.”

“Absolutely the best! I had to go to my unit yesterday and at first I was shocked upon arriving to see red sealed tag on my unit. I said I know i paid which looking at my bank statement and seen i did pay so I went to the front desk and customer service rep was very kind and it turns out last time I was in she was doing her rounds and I had locked my lock only didnt lock it to the latch so I left thinking my things were secure and she wasn't able to reach me by phone or email so she placed the tags to lock my stuff til I returned. We both got a good laugh out of it and I made sure to correctly lock this time and nothing was taken from my unit as she had noticed the day after I was last in.”

“I have been with Public Storage since 2008, renting a garage size unit. I have been paying over $1000/no for a couple of years. I received a phone call from Kathy, the manager at my Public Storage facility, the other day stating she had been reviewing accounts. She realized how long I have been a good customer without late or missed payments and proceeded to tell me she got my cost decreased by $215. Of course, I thought it was a hoax, so asked if I would get this in writing. Sure enough! I received an official letter from the company advising my monthly payment had been decreased by that amount. Thanks you, Kathy, for taking care of your customers in a time when everything is going up!”
“Between the kiosk and the available associates, I was immediately taken care of. The kiosk gave a good vertual visual of the whole property layout and its current available units. However it wasn't until, ---I believe his name was Jason.. ?--- walked me directly to the 2 units, that I was having difficulties choosing between. All while breaking down my options clearly. Cleansly Very well kept building. Might be an older building, but you'd probably never know unless you were told, or know the difference between what a flaurecent and non flaurecent lights:D Overall, I'm glad I went to extraspace.”

“We’ve moved in Oregon and into/out of Washington several times and used different companies each time, but we will be using this company for our next (and hopefully final) move for sure. So organized, Brandi and Warren were very responsive and helpful, and Roel and his crew of movers were so friendly while also being fast and efficient! And we had a crappy driveway and they didn’t seem to care and kept things moving smoothly the whole time. They numbered everything so we could keep track as we moved between spaces, which no one else ever did. Phenomenal, highly recommend!!!”
“Sharron at the Puyallup location helped us switch units when I booked and paid already for the wrong one. This was in the middle of such a stressful week when literally our families house burned down and life was upside down. She saw the panic on my face and I was prepared for yet another roadblock to maneuver. Sharron said I will take care of you and made this so easy and seamless. Thank you to her for making our experience with this company so amazing and easy. This meant the world to me in the midst of chaos. Sharron should at the very least be running these places or working in some sort of social services and helping people in crisis. I have worked in all local ERs as a nurse. “I was really impressed with Brandon at ABC Mini Storage. I didn't know how big of a storage unit I needed. I just knew all the contents of my house needed to fit in it. He was extremely helpfulI and had multiple ideas which helped me make my decision. He also made sure I got the best possible rate/ promotional rates. Even though I was late to my appointment with him, he took his time explaining everything, helping me with the paperwork, and assured my gate code worked. He never made me feel rushed even though the office closed shortly after I arrived. Brandon provides excellent customer service and I would recommend ABC Mini Storage to anyone that asks. On a side note, I've never been to such a clean storage facility. The entire property was spotless.”
