They also cleaned the interior which I did not expect. They found some trailer keys in it that I thought were long lost. This saved me money by not having to replace a lock. We told him the situation he gave us options of not only the tow but to also jump the battery. He got to us in no time at all. He was extremely professional, knows what he's doing. Those idiots left us stranded on the shoulder for over 3 hours and never sent anyone, after telling us service was on the way multiple times. I finally looked for a local company on my own. I found Fly Towing and spoke with Singh. They got someone out to us and got my truck (Ford f450) towed to the dealer. They were helpful, professional and very timely. “. So my brake went out and I found myself stuck in a Taco Bell parking lot in Milton WA. The first company I called quoted me $265. I thought that was high so I called another company, they asked a million questions that I thought were irrelevant to getting a quote.The next company, Fife Service and Towing quoted me $135 which was far from the first quote of $265. Anyway Joe the tow truck driver was professional, friendly and answered all of my questions.I think the person with the first tow company tried to take advantage of my situation. He probably thought that after a brake failure that I would be upset and desperate ( I was not ) and not have the presence of mind to get a few quotes. Ladies always stay calm and get a few quotes.”

“Love those guys. They did such a great job for us (Alaska Airlines). We use them exclusively and they are always there when we need them. They came to the hanger and retrieve a tug and cart to take to Seattle for us for the parade on Saturday. They brought it back Sunday morning and everything went fabulously. Even had a chance Friday to use the Alaska Airlines store to buy the driver some breakfast and a energy drink, which he was thankful for. Thank you guys for great work.”
