Enough with the damn train horn at all hours of the day!!! 3:43AM this morning and again at Noon. This business has a full on train horn on their garage facing 132nd that they blast regularly and it's so loud it disturbs the peace and our pets. PLEASE STOP!And again today at 1:40AM for police record.
