“Everything was great and the quality of workmanship is awesome. The only reason for not being a 5 Star , is even though I gave them all my information they only communicated through my son’s number. The only time he was involved was for the appraisal and dropping it off. This was an insurance claim do to resending someone,so I only paid my deductible.”

We told him the situation he gave us options of not only the tow but to also jump the battery. He got to us in no time at all. He was extremely professional, knows what he's doing. Anyway Joe the tow truck driver was professional, friendly and answered all of my questions.I think the person with the first tow company tried to take advantage of my situation.
