Packwood Ace Hardware is a locally owned and operated store that is part of the community and committed to being "the Helpful Place." The customer service is amazing, best around, and the employees are the helpful hardware folks. They are so kind, so helpful, and friendly, living up to their slogan. Employees go above and beyond, are patient, and do not rush customers, even when closing soon. They help find exactly what is needed and explain how to install it. They are more than nice and helpful with projects like mixing paint for a tile project, with amazing end results. It is a convenient shopping experience with personal service and quality products from local experts. They even offer popcorn. Helping customers is the most important thing they do, making it a very easy and helpful visit.
I consistently get great service here. I often see Travis or Chris who are friendly, diligent and seem genuine in wanting to be helpful. If they don't have something in stock they are creative in trying to find a substitute, are willing to look for it or order it.
