“I have a Samsung Galaxy s21. The charging port was packed full of pocket lint which I tried to remove with a toothpick. I damaged whatever keeps the charging cord from falling out. They got the appropriate part from another store and I dropped off the phone for repair. When I picked it up they had discovered what was wrong with the old part and fixed it, and didn't charge me a cent!”

When our truck broke down about a mile from his store, he went above and beyond—Bill personally picked up my husband, brought him to the store, helped him find everything he needed, and then drove him back to our truck. That level of care is rare these days. Bill literally “went the extra mile,” and we are incredibly grateful for his kindness and support. Highly recommend this location!”
“Came in and worked with Ira who was very knowledgeable and patient with me. Ira told me what all the numbers meant for my battery and we decided on a 640 cold cranking amp battery. Unfortunately the one that we picked out we got the wrong size for. while Ira was switching it out another gentleman came over, took the battery and switched it for one with much less cold cranking amps without explaining to me which battery we were using. I never saw the battery and he never explained to me which one he got. I thought it was a one-for-one swap just the correct size. Ira was great tho and my car runs again.”

“Went there tonight as I was running out for groceries and my car said my 3-year old key fob battery was low so I asked if they had the battery I needed and they did. Then asked if they had a flathead screwdriver and could help me open the key fob to replace. Without a pause the gentleman behind the counter smiled and started working on it, rang me up and I felt so much better knowing I would not have to worry about this!! Great customer service here!! “Pat is amazing. We had one of our wipers malfunction in the middle of sudden rainstorm. Pat came out and fixed it for us right quick. So kind of him for going above and beyond his job description. Pat is very kind employee and literal lifesaver. Without Pat assistance we would have been stuck with handicapped person and a screaming toddler until the storm stopped. So if your looking for auto parts and like shopping where the employees treat you with compassion and aren’t just looking for the sale then 10/10 recommends o’reillys on pac Ave. thank you so much Pat.”

“I have had troubles with auto parts stores in the past being an older woman. Early this week I was hesitant to go inside but I was greeted immediately by one of the employees named xy. She was more than happy to help me find what type of oil I needed for my van. I have trouble walking and she even went outside to make sure I got the right type and offered to put it in for me. Thank you for your positive attitude and compassion! I will be returning to this location.”
“Thursday afternoon my cars drive belt broke and I was able to limp it into the O'Reilly's parking lot and the next morning I came back and I believe the manager (I think his name was Shane) was so nice blessing me with his knowledge and ran the OBD2 to find out what codes were there, printed out the diagnostic report and most important he let me keep the car there!! It's managers and people like Shane that Oreillys can use more of!!”

“Pretty good but the sales agent made us wait 10 minutes during his pre opening break to sell us a part. We get it so waited in the truck. Then at 8 he picked out the part we asked for. We paid and left and drove 30 minutes back to the resort. On arrival we found he sold us a different part so had to drive back. On arrival he was not around but a nice lady at the counter returned the purchase then sold us the part we actually asked for the first time.”

“Came in on a Monday at 9:30 am. I was greeted by Kevin the manager and he was on it! My battery was 10 years old. And he put a new one in in six minutes, and mine was difficult to get to. Very nice person and made it quick and simple. Highly recommended. I will be back!”
