If I could put negative 10 Stars I would on Halloween I tried to get a skeleton Cleaver for my son the item was unmarked no sticker the manager told me $5 I only had $6 total and I was trying to get a sweater for my son also, so I went over and found one, similar, a little bit smaller for $2.99. The manager could have easily gave me that price of 2.99 to make a kid happy on haloween... I could get my son both items. But she refused. She was so rude about it too. So I walked out totally shocked, upset, this blew my mind. This stuff was donated. They call themselves GoodWill. I saw no such thing from employees, and manager at the Spanaway Location. I will never go back. And I'm telling every one I know how rude and heartless these people where. Also EVERYTHING was OVER PRICED.

Crazy prices for being a goodwill. It’s so sad how greedy they have gotten throughout the years. I found a used Walmart shirt here listed for 3x the price it would be if you bought it brand new at Walmart.

Very nice goodwill. Very organized and clean. Reasonably priced. I bought 2 real leather ( not pleather) jackets for less than $30. Great find

They charged my card twice and when I said I want my refund for being charged twice.they said I have to show them I was charged twice.and when I showed proof one manager told me to come back the next day and they will refund me.when I came in another manager tells me Ishe won't give me a refund with out proof.again showed the proof and she still won't give me my money back..so now I'm going higher up.somebidy is going to give me my money back or we will be in court.horrible customer service SMH

The spanaway goodwill is a location I’ve been visiting since I was a small child. They have good selection of inventory, and it is usually quiet and clean. I give three stars because the goodwill parking lot is scary and I do not feel safe in the area. There are always homeless people sleeping outside of goodwill, there are drugged out RVs in the parking lot, and there have been multiple shootings in the parking lot this past year. I would visit more often if they cleaned up their parking lot.

First time @ this store found remarkable deals women's dresses purses glass ware toowasn't expecting to walk out the door with a full store bag & arm full for what was paid far less then expected haven't seen these kind of deals since findingthe mother load in Lichon CityOregon last year the wife was very impressed loved her new selection of clothes

It's an average Goodwill location for what they have. But the store always seems quiet and clean. Sometimes it's about your shopping exp and not so much about the product. I like this location.
