“Was slammed into from behind by a seemingly intoxicated driver. Totaled their car and did around $5k in damage to the back end of my car. Whole ordeal was very stressful from everyone but Michael’s. They were open, honest, transparent, and communicative through it all. I really appreciate their commitment to quality service. I was stressed cause when I got my car back the lights weren’t working but the team there helped me out, got my car back in the shop, hadn’t realized in the few weeks my car was there my headlights died. They replaced those and even brought my car to me in Kennewick after.
The accident was stressful but the repairs that came after were not and that was all thanks to Michael’s and the team there. Thank you, sincerely. My family and I appreciate your hard work and integrity to get the job done right. God bless you all, 10/10 would recommend.”

“As much as I would like to give them 5 stars, I cannot. They did a wonderful paint job on the 1994 Isuzu Trooper. Brought it back to it's original color, even after I had replaced a door and fender of another color. They went beyond just the paint job, fixing some dents and painting the inner fenderwells and even doing an inside detail job, at no extra cost.
Had a few issues, thus the reason for not getting 5 stars.
They corrected the issues I brought to their attention, no problem. I would recommend them, and have, to anyone looking for a paint job.”
