“A stressful, horrible day ended with a tow from Ethan all the way back to Yakima. My 2018 Buick Encore misfired and started to die on the way up the hill above Kennewick towards Hermiston. After turning around and going to a mechanic, I found out there were major repairs needed and it would be better to just get it towed and back home to Yakima. Ethan was AMAZING, down-to-Earth, and very personable. He went above and beyond for this customer who was stuck over 80 miles away. If I could give TEN STARS I would!! I recommend these folks if you need collision work or a tow!”

Frank and Sons completed the work, put a charge on the car (EV) and housed it for us until we could return. They even offered to have us pick up outside of working hours if it made our return to town easier. So grateful to have found them -- and to have our car back, whole again!”

“Cracked windshield on Saturday, had an appointment scheduled for Wednesday, needed to reschedule due to staffing but they were able to get me taken care of the very next day. I appreciated the phone call letting me know about the need to reschedule, the email they sent me with a photo of the technician, how friendly the tech was, the fact that they were able to do the replacement at my job so I didn't have to take time off, and the payment options they offered. I hope I don't need to have another windshield replaced, but if I do, I'll definitely use them again.”

“I cannot express how much I appreciate the owner, Ryan, for personally assuring me that he and his crew would handle my new SUV, which I had purchased for a gift to myself on my 50th birthday. Mr. Ryan Mathews and his crew were able to restore my brand new Outlander perfectly after an uninsured driver mangled the front quarter panel while my wife and daughter were driving through Columbia Park. My Outlander is gorgeous again and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of care everyone from the owner, the ladies and gentlemen in the reception area, down to the paint specialists and team of mechanics who made sure everything was installed flawlessly.
