“Everyone was fast and quick to communicate with me when it came to my worries about my windshield being replaced and was able to get my vehicle into the shop within a week of my calling and asking. Really appreciate the customer service they provided.”
“A stressful, horrible day ended with a tow from Ethan all the way back to Yakima. My 2018 Buick Encore misfired and started to die on the way up the hill above Kennewick towards Hermiston. After turning around and going to a mechanic, I found out there were major repairs needed and it would be better to just get it towed and back home to Yakima. Ethan was AMAZING, down-to-Earth, and very personable. He went above and beyond for this customer who was stuck over 80 miles away. If I could give TEN STARS I would!! I recommend these folks if you need collision work or a tow!”

“Gary was amazing and my chevy is back to new quality! I highly recommend 👌 very professional and personable! Loved the customer service and attention to detail! You don't see that these days. I can't say enough great things about Gary and the team! Thank you for making this stressful time so much more tolerable”
“Just stellar. Great customer service and the work impeccable. We had a complication in that we don't live in town -- and it would be a month before we returned. Frank and Sons completed the work, put a charge on the car (EV) and housed it for us until we could return. They even offered to have us pick up outside of working hours if it made our return to town easier. So grateful to have found them -- and to have our car back, whole again!”
“My wife and I were so amazed at the quality Riverside Collision applied on our vehicle. Exceptional quality and service. If you need any type of body work choose Riverside! You wont be disappointed. Les and June”
“I just picked up my car from this location yesterday. I have also had work done at the Richland location. While both Gerber locations did decent work, the location on W Okanogan Ave went above and beyond with the level of communication and follow-up to make sure I was happy with the service. Lilly and the team were excellent, thank you!”

“Ryan and his crew did an amazing job on repairing the front of my Chevy truck from a hit and run. From the beginning they were friendly, professional and quick to start the process. They kept me informed all the way through. I am extremely happy with the final results and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to have a vehicle repaired. Thank you Ryan”
