RESERVATION WAS NOT HONORED! OVERCHARGED! Luxury car was reserved and paid for. None were available so we were given a lower-class lower price car for the same price. Other rental companies upgrade your reservation. When car was returned nobody was available with the ability to correct the issue then. Other large vehicles, including full size trucks were on the lot but were not offered to me. Waited 3 days to have Tri Cities / Pasco location contact me about a refund. Nobody ever contacted me. Very dissatisfied.

My experience with budget has been a mess. When I dropped off the car the lady didn't finished the dropoff process and I was getting txt message saying that I still haven't returned the car and that was on the 12 of this month and today the 25 I have a charge from budget for 101$ and when I talked with customer service they said everything was settled and got my deposit back so what the hell is this 101$ charge for?I rather use another rental in the future budget is just all over the place.

Long time budget Fast track customer arrived at pasco tri cities to wait in long lines (no fast track at this fast track location), car was not cleaned when picked up and was low on fuel. returned the vehicle the way it was given to us and was charged for refilling with gas. No fast track return area(at this fast track location). This is the 2nd straight time using this location and receiving a dirty car. Not the usual Budget experience, and their lack of responsibility at this location is only 2nd to their poor customer service. After reading the recent reviews there is a distinct pattern of cars not being well kept and lack of maintenance. Customers either love it or hate the service here. Im not sure with all the negative reviews how this location can be rated at a 3.9. this is a disservice to the customer and company..

Out sourced station. So Fastbreak is available except you wait in line with non fastbreak. So 50 minutes of waiting to just get keys which took 1 minute. On return no one meeting you. Since Fastbreak no paperwork. Only boxes to drop keys with paperwork. Luckily no one in line so handed to agent and told him parking spot. Would be helpful if app had features to take pictures of mileage and vehicle. Plus parking spot for outsourced areas.

I reserved a mid size sedan which was. It available. Was offered a mini van or pick up which was not acceptable. Asked for a SUV and was told I needed to pay $45 per day upgrade. Asked for a smaller car and was told it was unavailable . I should have been given the upgrade for the same price. Agent was not willing to help me out

Be aware of the rules when renting especially if you are going through a third-party. PayPal and Cashapp cards are not accepted, period. You cannot even add a person as a second driver if their credit/debit card is paypal, cashapp etc. The third-party website may allow you to book for someone else however Budget requires the driver and the form of payment match. In other words, you cannot pay for a car for your sister to drive. Otherwise, the car was nice and the agents were very helpful.

We had a car booked for a family trip unfortunately the booking fell thru so last minute we tried finding a car. We called around & found Budget. It was our 1st time renting thru them. Easy pick up/drop off. Counter people are very nice. We got a car that we really enjoyed & was gave us enough room to travel comfortably.

We visited Tri-Cities for a long Father's Day weekend. Ciara assisted me with my Budget Rental Car reservation. She was friendly, professional & thoroughly explained everything to me. She even went outside to help me locate my rental car, since the color of the vehicle on the paperwork was 'not' matching what was out in the parking lot. Ciara has a great personality & she went above and beyond helping me too. I highly recommend Budge Car Rental because of her. We look forward to our next trip to Tri-Cities & will use Budget again! Thank you, Ciara! :-)

Kody from the PSC airport is truly amazing. He was able to handle my situation better than I could have imagined. That is the main reason I have always returned to Budget. I feel they are the best car rental company out there.

I booked online to receive 35% off then wanted to add a day, it ended up canceling my discount and I paid more here than any other car rental agency. The online support was ridiculous, they weren’t helpful at all. They actually made it more difficult.The car was not cleaned, dust, fingerprints and not vacuumed. I’m sad to say this was my first experience with Budget rentals

Josh assisted me when I picked up my rental and when I returned it. I was a first time renter and Josh explained everything very clearly and checked with me to see if I had any applicable discounts. He was very helpful, informative and made this first time experience just as smoothly as possible. Great Budget experience

First, the car was great, clean and full of gas. Second, the counter people were pleasant enough. My issue is, I could swear, I was told to have the car back before 5:00 p.m. on my scheduled day of return. I planned my return trip accordingly. After I unloaded the luggage, I even took the time to vacuum and wash the vehicle. Now 3 days later, I come to find out, I was charged an extra days rental for my extra effort. Because as it turns out, 12:00 pm is the return time, per the contract. Maybe I heard incorrectly, because my mind was on mom and her wellbeing and the drive ahead of me. But, I do feel 12:00 pm is an unrealistic, return time. Right in the middle of the day? I arrived at the desk shortly after 2:15 pm, and did not drive off the lot until after 3:00 pm. Though, I was unable to find transportation elsewhere, I am thankful Budget had a vehicle available at such short notice. Furthermore, I find the extra charge of $105.69 unreasonable. I had, also called customer service to ask what the charge was about, and mysteriously the call was disconnected. So, I give a thumbs down and a 4 out of 10 rating. Just for a suggestion, maybe the desk attendant could make certain the customer has a copy of the return policy in hand (not sent through email) with the return time being highlighted, or adjust the return time to accommodate a natural day, like maybe 5 or 6 o'clock. I would 100% fire there Saturday morning redhead because of him you got one out of three customers this morning. Maybe he thinks he is too good for this job. I just watched people get laid off at my job that were better with people than him. I'll make sure that they apply. For the sake of your business I would hire someone else.

Have rented many times from this location. All the cars/trucks are filthy dirty. I’ve gotten a flat tire because they don’t inspect anything. Lots of the vehicles show past due oil changes. It’s a nightmare to contact them for help or roadside. Very poor customer service.
