Yessica the store manager has a horrible attitude, she needs customer service classes or another job that makes her happy but I doubt she can get a different job with that attitude.

Took my brother to Cricket Wireless so he could switch from Total Wireless. They were extremely helpful, and got his phone setup with them. My brother actually recommended I switch as well that's how happy he is with Cricket Wireless.

Bad customer service the employee was not polite and very dry. Although great line service and I was satisfied with the iPhone I purchase.
