My alternator was failing and the Firestone team was super fast and courteous with a fix. Violet, in particular, was super upbeat, friendly, and professional every time we spoke. If I ever have troubles again, I would definitely return.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I would give zero stars if possible. My 22yr old daughter got tires from different location a year ago so just needed free rotation and alignment before driving 3k miles to NC.
They wanted her to replace oil and filters AND initially refused to rotate her tires bc they didn't think she needed it??? They were unaware she just had oil change/filter replaced 4 weeks prior. She requested they rotate tires bc of her upcoming drive, but it's ridiculous she had to justify it. They were more focused on upselling for things she didn't need than providing the service she was entitled to. NOT IMPRESSED!!!!

Had an appointment at 11 am for an inspection, when I got there they said "they will try and fit me in when they can" when I called at 5 pm later that day they had yet got to my car, my car wasn't done till 2:30 the next day. Unhappy I had to wait so long for a short inspection when I made an appointment

I scheduled an appointment for 12:00 to have an oil change, tire rotation on tires purchased there, alignment with a lifetime alignment, and air filter and cabin filter change. And I was waiting. At 1:30 I ask d staff when my car would be sone because my car was still where I parked it, no one had touched my car. At 3:15 my car was done.What was the point of an appointment if it still took 3 plus hours? Also I did not receive any paperwork. I thought maybe it was emailed to me but nope nothing.Needless to say I am very unhappy with the lack of customer service and would like a copy of my paperwork.
Another customer had an appointment for just an oil change and it took 3 hours because the tech broke her glove box and couldn’t find a part. She was asked to bring the car back to have the broken part replaced.

After 25 years with Firestone, it's time to move on!
I called the Pasco # and was routed to a call center who set an appt for 2pm. I get a call from the Pasco center telling me the 2pm was already taken. Why am I talking to some PHONE bank somewhere that sets the appointment and the LOCAL shop cancels it?

I had a 10am appointment for oil change and when I called at 1:30 my car still had not been looked at. Finally got a call later that afternoon to tell me my car was finally done. Why do they take appointments if they don’t work with them and do what they want?

Horrible experience!!!
I made an appointment for tires, oil change, and alignment. My appointment was on a Sunday and it was in the morning, the guy who we made the appointment said it would take about 2hrs. I called around 2:30pm to check on the car and they told me nothing was done to it because the tires were never ordered!!!!! So the lady told me she would order the tires and just do the oil change and alignment and by Monday They should have the tires and they would be done. So I called Monday around 10:30 am and nothing was done to the car, I was very upset because we left the car so they could finish by Monday afternoon. She said they would start the alignment and oil change soon and just wait for tires to get there. No one had called me and it was around 4:00 when we went to see what was going on and they had not finished and I waited there until 6:00pm. When we left the tire sensor went off. The next day I went and told the lady about the light and said to take it to be checked, I called my husband to take it and the guy there said we would have to wait and see if we could get checked that day but that it was likely that they couldn’t he started to become very rude and was starting to raise his voice at me. He took my keys and got the car in but said 3 sensors were not working and charged us for it. The sensors never had a problem until the tire change. I don’t recommend this place at all. Please people read the reviews first. I saw people coming in and waiting for a long time, sometimes no one was in the lobby and people would just walk out.

Terrible service terrible communication and terrible mechanics came in for my car to get fixed they kept it for over 5 days told me the part they will replace and fix but they did absolutely nothing . Went back and told me they only did a diagnostic and that the person I was on the phone with lied. But they still charged me for no work done .

They were fast, and kept me updated with everything going on with my vehicle and they explained everything they did to my vehicle. I will definitely continue to bring my vehicles here.
