I scheduled an appointment for 9am dropped my truck off at 8:30 for a alignment walked home and waited for a call that never came.1:00 inthe afternoon walked back to firestone to see my truck hasn't moved .was told I wasnt a priority .Whats the point of an appointment,I guess my time isnt worth anything to them, wont be back

I took my truck in for a problem and was told it was fixed. When I picked up my truck the problem didn’t seem to be addressed at all even though they replaced a part. When I questioned staff they said there was a miscommunication, that a different part needed to be replaced. I was refunded but a bad taste was left and I will not be returning.

Customer service starts on the phone and the person who answered was absolutely rude, I will be taking my business of 10 years elsewhere.

Did a great job on alignment and new belt. However, I paid for the air filter when I looked once I got home, an old air filter still in. Had to go back and wasted a lot of time. Worries me rest of the work may not have been completed correct. Sad what service has come to. Kid techs just don't care.

Ywice now I have scheduled with yhem, missd work and then had them: 1) Try to reschedule to 3days later on the day of; and 2) Call me the day off to say they don't perform the service I was scheduled for. Apparently my time is nothing and missing work is nothing to them.

I went in for an oil change they thought I just drop my truck off but inwas waiting there overheard the guy in the front desk talking to a customer on the phone telling her she need it to replace the car tie rods and fronds bearings on wheels a total over $600 after he hanged up with her he open up the window and told the mechanic to check that stuff and then brag to his partners. He just sold over $600 never again take my car now.

Absolutely love how honest and great Firestone is my car broke down and I scheduled a repair a week ahead so I brought it in and they called me a day later saying that they can fix it that day unlike Les Schwab. When I brought my car into Les Schwab they gave me a quote for the parts I'll need for my car and then when I brought it to Firestone almost everything that Les Schwab said needed to be fixed didn't need to be fixed. I definitely recommend Firestone

I've gone to this location since they opened. I always felt like they've been honest, treated me fairly, and had relatively competitive prices. Unfortunately, their prices have gone through the roof. Over $100 for an oil change. They quoted me $500 for rear brake pad. Brake pads are $25 in parts and less than an hours work. They charge more than the dealership for spark plugs. $65 for in cabin air filter ($10 part and 30 seconds of work). They wanted $500 more than a local performance shop for a clutch. I mean, why wouldn't you just go to a dealership that specializes in your vehicle? Anyway, I just can't recommend this place anymore.

I wanted to say these guys were good but after seeing my traction control light come on and my alignment being worse after they worked on it then having them imply that I need parts over $1,000 to fix is a little sketchy. Taking it in tomorrow and having them undo their “alignment”. Save money and don’t get the lifetime alignment.
