“Details is a wonderful store! It offers a huge variety of decor and furniture items, as well as unique clothing you won’t find elsewhere in Tri-Cities. While the store is smaller than it was originally, they still offer all of the quality furniture and lighting they did before. There seemed to be a bit of a turnover in staff over the last 12 months, but overall it is far more friendly to visit!”

“The store is amazing, but I am a person who has to use the restroom often, I have been in the restroom here MANY times. But it is very dirty. In handicap several times no toilet paper nor was flushed as handle does not work well. Same items in sanitary pad disposal for over 1 week (as of today) floor in restroom is filthy in handicap stall. Ok being said, the rest of the store is amazing”

“They have practically everything for your home and for all seasons and holidays. Huge amount of merchandise to choose from. Staff there are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Home goods is one of my favorite places to shop! Oh and prices are reasonable and merchandise is great quality !!!”

“Prices were good. Too bad the Sunday crowd wasn’t raised to put clothes back on racks or pick up dropped items, so things become a mess. Also self checkout isn’t any faster. Especially since you have to stop and have person take all the security tags off at end. Don’t go on a Sunday”
