“I love this shop and I’ve bought a few of my decorative home items here however the hours are not accurate. It’s stated online that they’re open at 10:30 and I’ve driven all the way from Richland three times now on the days they’ve stated they’re open to shop only to arrive and no one is there and the doors are locked. There are no hours posted outside stating otherwise— it’s truly frustrating because I love this shop but I hate not knowing when to show up and if I do if they’ll be open. Please update hours to when you’re open!*edit* Owners updated store hours, thank you!”

“A lot of mis-matched items but, I still left spending $100+. Lol! Found great deals on kitchen organizing items and utensils. Great clearance selection. Only 1 cashier but, exceptionally customer service. I forgot my reuseable bags, and she kindly was patient enough to offer me to go get them out of the car.Lost a star because, I looked through the entire store and couldn’t find the last missing statue of “Speak No Evil” buddha kid trio. ? I was trying to buy all three. It doesn’t make sense to only have “See No Evil” and “Hear No Evil”.”

“Excellent experience! Holly was a terrific sales person and I am so glad she helped me. Buying a bed this expensive was not something I was ready to do, but Holly gave me a Veteran’s discount that brought my payments way down. The bed was delivered and setup fast and all my questions were answered. The wife and I love our Sleep Number bed!”

“Details is a wonderful store! It offers a huge variety of decor and furniture items, as well as unique clothing you won’t find elsewhere in Tri-Cities. While the store is smaller than it was originally, they still offer all of the quality furniture and lighting they did before. There seemed to be a bit of a turnover in staff over the last 12 months, but overall it is far more friendly to visit!”

“Jo-Ann fabrics in Kennewick is going to be moving over to the old Sears store front at the mall. Currently they have everything in the store on sale in order to get ready for the move. Even with this going on the store is still clean with helpful employees. I feel the sale prices could be better though.”
