I had a visit at Kadlec urgent care today. Scheduled online and they took me back within 10 after my appointment time, so not a long wait. Medical assistant was polite, and pleasant. The doctor was also very pleasant and took care of my concern. He was quick and thorough. Have been here before and will use again.

Without giving any medical information in this comment ( my privacy) I was treated with dignity and kindness. I felt sympathy, empathy and professionally. Given clear instructions and understanding of what was going on and the next steps to feel better.
