“Yesterday I had such a great experience at this UPS Store! I came in needing to get some legal documents notarized, and I was a little nervous because I had recently lost my ID. All I had with me was my military spouse identification and privilege card, so I wasn’t sure if that would be enough. But the staff here were incredibly helpful, understanding, and kind from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure all my paperwork was taken care of quickly and professionally. Excellent customer service and a genuinely positive atmosphere.
