“I stopped in to see if they had a paper cutter I could use to trim some business cards. Instead, they kindly took care of the cuts for me and even wrapped the cards afterward. They turned out beautifully and look very professional! The owners were incredibly kind and helpful. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and willingness to help. Thank you again!”

“I am a webmaster for a local non-profit hiking club. Several years ago we contracted with Artmil to create a new website for the club. Artmil closely worked with us to ensure they developed a website that would meet the needs of the club. They integrated a user-friendly reservation process for club hikes that includes the option to sell tickets for special events that the club hosts several times a year. The website is visually appealing and highlights what the club does - exploring public lands in the Pacific Northwest! We receive a lot of compliments about our website from members and other hiking clubs. We now have a yearly contract with Artmil for website maintenance and hosting. We are very pleased with their customer service and technical support.”

“The night before the last session of youth tennis, I asked my spouse to customize awards for the group. Our computer didnt cooperate, so my sister recommended using a print shop. Print Plus did NOT disappoint. Their store is a treasure. A step back in time, while being current and updated. When it came to my request, and time constraint, they produced marvelous results. I could not have been more thrilled with both their attitude and product. The price was right, but even had they charged me double, I would have gladly paid. Their service was spot on. Thank you SO much!!”

“I've had some interesting interactions with the members of this store, but last night Mandy and Rose went above for an order I had submitted. I sent in a coworker to pick up the printed items before leaving town to head back to Oregon early the next morning, and they were not ready. They had been slammed all day, and yet were still willing to print off the 100 copies I had submitted. I had misread the date when it would be ready, so the fault lies on me. Regardless, I am always thankful for these folks who helped us.”

“I had the BEST experience with Rigo at FedEx. I came in needing to return SIX massive boxes, and it was honestly a complete hassle. The total shipping cost came out to $813, and I had to call Amazon right there to figure out if they were actually going to cover it. Rigo was incredibly patient while I sorted everything out on the phone. Thank God I did call, because Amazon ended up telling me to just keep the items instead of paying that amount. Through the whole process, Rigo stayed calm, kind, and so helpful. On top of that, he helped me load all six huge boxes back into my car. That level of customer service is rare. He went above and beyond, and I truly couldn’t have done it without him. FedEx is lucky to have him!”
