“I am a webmaster for a local non-profit hiking club. Several years ago we contracted with Artmil to create a new website for the club. Artmil closely worked with us to ensure they developed a website that would meet the needs of the club. They integrated a user-friendly reservation process for club hikes that includes the option to sell tickets for special events that the club hosts several times a year. The website is visually appealing and highlights what the club does - exploring public lands in the Pacific Northwest! We receive a lot of compliments about our website from members and other hiking clubs. We now have a yearly contract with Artmil for website maintenance and hosting. We are very pleased with their customer service and technical support.”

“I had the BEST experience with Rigo at FedEx. I came in needing to return SIX massive boxes, and it was honestly a complete hassle. The total shipping cost came out to $813, and I had to call Amazon right there to figure out if they were actually going to cover it.
Rigo was incredibly patient while I sorted everything out on the phone. Thank God I did call, because Amazon ended up telling me to just keep the items instead of paying that amount. Through the whole process, Rigo stayed calm, kind, and so helpful.
