The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to assist efficiently, providing solutions and working with transparency. The sales process can be made easy, with associates showing options directly. The finance department is also easy to work with. While the large store has open aisles, the selection of parts can sometimes be limited. Overall, experiences with the staff are often wonderful and the service great, leading to strong recommendations from customers.

My water heater froze over winter and broke open after I was on the road. I stopped in Pasco and Joe took time out from his other jobs , located the bypass valves and got the heater isolated , and did the job for no charge. Thank you again Joe and Thank you Blue Compass for taking excellent care of me now twice!
