“Great overall experience! We have been shopping for an suv for some time now and decided to scout out mazda…anddd we left with a mazda! Employees were easy to talk to, and vehicles are priced msrp rather than trying to scam out of money like some other dealerships do. Our test drive went great, Dion left us with a full tank of gas and after negotiating, we are also getting our front windows tinted to match the back. We left with our vehicle and go back on Tuesday to make it official and get it detailed! Hopefully the detailers do equally as great of a job. Mazda honestly surprised us! Went for a simple test drive and leaving with a new cx90! And a 0.9% apr is kind of hard to beat elsewhere ;) my first “big girl” purchase and i don’t regret it at all!”

“If you are shopping at Speck of Tri-Cities, do yourself a favor and ask for Alfonso! He made the Truck-buying process incredibly easy, quick, and entirely stress-free. Alfonso was professional and made sure made sure I would leave the dealership with a working key fob that day. When my key fob did stopped working they replaced it with a new OEM fob for no charge at all from their Service Deparment. Love my new truck and couldn’t be happier with the top-notch service I received. 5 stars all the way!”

“Just got my windshield replaced here last week and had a great experience! I contacted many other places and everyone was high pressure and quoted me in the $700’s. U PayLess was no pressure, they quoted me 2 different prices and explained the process. They even tried to save me more money by trying to save some parts. I ended up paying $100 less than every other place and they were quick and efficient! Windshield looks great and will be back and tell everyone about them!”

“The people and the service at American Radiator are awesome.
I purchased a radiator for an antique tractor from them. The first radiator received was not correct. These guys “jumped through hoops” to get the correct radiator to me the very next day after the issue was discovered.
I am very impressed with American Radiator. I recommend them highly, and will definitely do business with them again.”

“This review is for the girlies who have car issues and might not have someone in their lives to trust with the issues. My car was making a horrible noise after I came back from a lengthy road trip, after calling mechanics all around tri-cities and getting quoted literally hundreds for just an inspection, I gave up and called the closest mechanic to my job. Cesar answered and I brought it in right away, he was kind, professional and took time to explain to me what was wrong and SHOWED me it as well. I knew instantly I could trust him with my Nissan, I dropped it off late that day and my car was ready the next morning and again Cesar took time to show me exactly what was wrong and the ware and tare. My car runs better now than ever! I would recommend Mendoza's to any girl who is having issues with their car and is feeling lost!”

“I had sold a vehicle to a person I trusted. The buyer “promised” me they would report the sale. Short story they did not do that. Then the vehicle was abandoned. After this company had towed it to the impound yard I was notified as the still “ legal” owner. I called and explained the situation to them. They were incredibly understanding. Very helpful, and are guiding me through this without causing me financial or teputational harm. In my book that is above and beyond customer service. They certainly earned a customer in me and should I need towing services in the future I know who to call I am confidant I will be treated honestly and fairly.”

“great experience with Chris and his staff. My daughter's a/c has been out for a while and we were hesitating getting a new compressor placed because of the cost. A different part came instead of the one they ordered so the install was delayed but the new compressor came sooner than expected and they were able to reschedule the work very timely. Also pleased with the cost, and was grateful the end price ended up being lower than the initial estimate. I would use them again and refer all my friends! Also loved the drop off option after hours, so they could work on the car first thing in the morning without having to deal with finding a ride. This is your place!”
