“Front desk staff are very eager to get answers to all of your questions. If they don't have one they will not hesitate to ask the knowledgeable staffers to get you all the answers you need. I just love these guys and so does their Client Molly.”
“Love, love, love Paws to Play and staff. The staff are wonderful and my dogs love going. Under Ami, the staff make my dogs feel safe and relaxed. My one pup, little (very little) was a rescue and had lots of anxiety about new things. She literally jumps into their arms when we take her. The big dog, very big, started going to daycare as a 6 month old. She grew up at paws to play and had her share of accidents...she was a goofy pup that ran into things when she played. The staff took such good care of her and helped her grow into a well behaved, loving adult dog. Since we work at home, Paws to Play has allowed us to work and keep the doggies happy and exercised! THANK YOU!”
“By far the best and most caring vetinarian we have been to in the Tri Cities. They seem to go out of their way any chance they get. We even had them come in just for an issue we were having. They seem to truly care and want to keep their customers happy!”
“My dog had emergency surgery elsewhere over the weekend and I did his follow up care today with Pet Medical Center and the experience was amazing. The tech, Heather, and Dr. Kontogianis made me feel seen and heard and genuinely cared for. After a such a scary experience and a nerve wracking healing process after this surgery, having knowledgeable and caring providers be there for you is so valuable. Every concern was met with a clear plan and I feel confident leaving this appointment that we are headed in the right direction in his healing process. I also needed to purchase some food there and LJ was so helpful and walked with my dog around the store while I checked out to make things easier for me. I truly can’t say enough amazing things about this experience. 10/10 recommend Pet Medical Center. Thank you!”
“My Pepper suffered a catastrophic health crises, saddle thrombus. I walked in the door and didn't even have a chance to fill out the paperwork and they had him in the back. They worked so fast to get him pain medication I couldn't be more impressed. Sadly for saddle thrombus for both legs is almost always fatal, and there was nothing that could be done. So they let me say my goodbyes. There was no pressure to hurry up, they were so kind, so patient. They encouraged me to get my closure and take as much time as I needed. When helping him cross the rainbow bridge she was sure to tell me that he could still hear me and so I could help him be brave. They let me stay with his remains as long as I needed. We took care of everything in the back so I wouldn't have to cry in the waiting room. They gently carried him out to the car for me. I can not speak highly enough of the care they took of him and me. I will forever be grateful.”
“Have only taken my daughter’s dogs there for her and they are amazing with the dogs as well as the people coming in! Plan to take mine there for the great care given!”
