Be weary using this service. I was just questioned on why I used my account their and had accusatory comments made. They do not make their pricing clear and will obfuscate your package over minor details. They treat their employees badly. Edit, I was tresspassed from the store for leaving this review. I would seriously consider taking your business to an honest store. Not here

Shell Parcel Pick-Up advertises 8am-8pm 7 days a week. It wasn’t this past weekend and i ended up having to go back. (I drove 45mins one way, spent $75USD to fill my tank at their station, and waited nearly an hour for the pickup station to open.) After several emails back and forth, the management was apologetic and understanding. Three stars because of the time, money, and energy wasted and because I have read other reviews stating they have had the same experience. Save yourself the time and energy and call first before going to make sure someone is there. I’ll update the rating of this review should service improve.

New owners post-COVID. Sad to see the place undergo changes. I used to chat with the friendly owner, buy a bottle of wine, grab a fresh baked muffin and a coffee (gourmet beans!). The charming gas station store is, for the most part, totally dismantled. I am giving a 3-star review because the last time I went, it was like walking into a lifeless, semi-abandoned grocery store except for the package / shipping counter. I realize that inflation and exchange rates have contributed and kept may Cdns. at home and business was slow when I visited this past summer. I am hoping that this was just temporary and that the new owners will bring life and charm back into the store, at which time, I will happily increase the star rating!

Total rip off gas prices. Surrounding gas stations are at least 50 cents cheaper per gallon.Food portion of gas station has been shutdown by health department. Do not go.
