The pick up location was fine and the lady was very helpful and kind, however this was not the pickup location I booked. My experience with uhaul overall has not been great at all.

Excellent location from which to rent truck. Staff was very friendly and thorough in the process. Made sure all details were clear on contract. Store had some useful supplies that I needed for packing.
