I stopped by your location on Sunday after seeing online (including on Google and your website) that you're open. Unfortunately, the sign on your door said you're closed Sundays. I wasn’t the only one—there were a few others looking just as confused and disappointed.
To avoid future confusion, it might be helpful to update your hours online to match what's posted at your location.

Great service and fair prices. People are always friendly. Also happens to be right next to a gas station that usually has one of the lower prices.
Canceling my subscription to their package service because I believe in supporting the local economy as much as I can right now.
Hoping to sign up again when this is over.

BEWARE, the hours listed online are NOT the hours it's open...I thought it meant there would a least be a drop off box accessible outside of office hours, but nope

I took a small package for shipping with two small stuffed toys in a box. I forgot to tape it shut and left it with the worker to send. When the box arrived one of the toys was missing. Seems suspicious. The monkey arrived. The frog did not

Melissa and Alan were super helpful when I arrived ill-prepared to return my package, and they made what could have been a frustrating process very simple (and Melissa entertained my kiddo while I was trying to sort it all out, which is way above and beyond!). Thank you guys!

I recently visited the UPS store to return a package, but was disappointed to find that the hours listed on Google didn't match the actual store hours. I've now been there twice and both times the store was closed early.Please understand UPS, many Canadians ship their packages to Point Roberts and it causes a great inconvenience when they have to drive here to return packages to find you guys closed, especially when no body can call this store to find out if you guys are open or not.It's also a bit confusing that there are two different locations (UPS Access Point and UPS Store) with the same address but different store hours.The mismatch between the hours listed online and the actual store hours is a big issue that needs to be fixed.
