We recently had an internet problem that only impacted a small number of Crescomm customers. Bob Pensworth worked diligently to resolve the problem despite the fact that so few customers were involved - much appreciated.

***REVISED REVIEW*** After a having a conversation with owner, Bob, I understand the circumstances that led to my first review. Bob is a small business owner doing really big things in our remote paradise. I'm definitely grateful that I can use his service to work at high speeds while I'm away from the city.
