“Best T-Mobile store in the area, friendly and helpful staff!! Better coverage than the other guys and staff that actually cares enough to make sure your problems are resolved. I wish I could give 10 stars”

“We recently had an internet problem that only impacted a small number of Crescomm customers. Bob Pensworth worked diligently to resolve the problem despite the fact that so few customers were involved - much appreciated.”

“My installation rep was amazing! I’d give him 100 stars if I could. He went above and beyond for me, was patient, and kind, and spent extra time teaching me how to work my devices and remotes. Couldn’t be happier with the service he provide plus he was friendly , personable and had nice sense of humor. What more could a customer ask for? Everything was fast easy and perfect thanks to him and I hope if I ever need help he’s the one who will come to help me.”
