“I ordered a bike off the Specialized website and had it sent to Sound Bikes & Kayaks to be built. There were a few hiccups from the shipping, the guys at the shop took care of everything making the order perfect. They were wonderful about advising on options and above and beyond with communication throughout. I'm very happy we have such an awesome local bike shop and will be a regular customer for all of my outdoor pursuit needs.”
