Needed help setting up Astound service. Glenn Tech ID 37794 arrived, as promised via voicemail. Glenn was courteous and professional as he diagnosed and repaired the issue. Glenn also stayed to make sure we were connected and up and running. The experience with Glenn was exceptional!
