“The best thing about this location is the kindness and patience of the manager, Cynthia. I've dealt with her multiple times, and even when a company policy will not allow her to accommodate me, she is always just a really pleasant person. The facility is always clean -- in ten years, I've never found anything crawling in my unit. As storage facilities go, this place is not too scary to walk through (as a single woman alone). One major negative -- so major that I may soon move my belongings elsewhere -- is that the rental fees steadily increase for loyal customers, while new customers get bargain rates.”

“I have been storing furniture, books, paintings, carpets, bicycles and more at Evergreen Storage since 2003 and have been entirely satisfied with both the facility and management. Gladys, owner and manager, has been very helpful throughout. If she happens not to be there when I need assistance, she has been available by phone, although it is always good to call before I go if I need to meet with her there. I have always felt that my stored items are completely secure.”
