“I have had storage units off and on at several different storage facilities over the years. Twelve Trees has been the best. Best price I could find anywhere near me. It is well-maintained and has a friendly atmosphere. I really like that they have resident management; It feels much safer, and I appreciate not having to punch in a gate code to get in and out. I had real problems with that at a different storage facility several years ago; my code kept failing, and I’d have to wait for someone from another office to drive over and fix the issue. One time I had a paid moving helper with me so it cost me more money for their time. Very happy at Twelve Trees.”
“The best thing about this location is the kindness and patience of the manager, Cynthia. I've dealt with her multiple times, and even when a company policy will not allow her to accommodate me, she is always just a really pleasant person. The facility is always clean -- in ten years, I've never found anything crawling in my unit. As storage facilities go, this place is not too scary to walk through (as a single woman alone). One major negative -- so major that I may soon move my belongings elsewhere -- is that the rental fees steadily increase for loyal customers, while new customers get bargain rates.”

“My experience here has been great. Very clean and well-kept, they have indoor units with heated floors and electric for under $100. There's video surveilance and good security, I feel like my stuff is safe here. Gladys has been a joy to work with, very accommodating and professional. Also the vibe here is just nice, with all the flowers and plants. All in all, would recommend”
