Don't buy this training ammo at bi-mart because they won't refund your money back as it is consider ammo.I have a new smith and wesson equalizer 9mm and the training bullet does not fit.I'm a regular shopper also so not to happy about that.Just a heads up everyone

Always a good experience, the employees don't Hound you and ask you if they can help you find something but they're always courteous and say hello so you know they are around.

They don't always have what I'm looking for, but when they do it will be the best price in town. Good variety of options for tools, garden tools, camping, with some good prices on alcohol and food items. One of the few places in town still selling firearms. Staff always seem friendly and helpful. Bought my big TV there during a big sale, and they were quick to bring it out from the back and help get it to the vehicle - much more so than other stores.

My favorite store - Aberdeen, Washington. Staff is always courteous and helpful. Always something new as well as useful regular stock. If you see something in the special purchases, seasonal stock, that you like, better buy it instantly because it might not be there next time.

VERY RUDE STAFF, Have been going into this store for over 2 years not ONCE Has someone asked for a membership card!! I get it but in the same aspect, if you have been going into a place never ask for a membership card over 2 years! EXPECT TONIGHT THIS OLDER RUUUDDDEE LADY AT THE DOOR, YELLED AT ME MY WIFE AND DAUGHTER MEMBERSHIP CARD.. When I explained that we have been shopping there over 2 years and never been asked like that or even asked about a membership card completely inappropriate to just yell like that, instead of saying nicely unfortunately you will need a membership card but NO THIS OLDER LADY SAYS ITS NOT MY STORE! .. NEVER HAVE I BEEN TREATED SO RUDLEY TOWARDS MYSELF AND MY 16 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE TACT AT ALL!!! I WILL BE MAKING A COMPLAINT TO THE CORPARTE LEVEL!!!!!

I walked into bi Mart to do some weekly shopping like I normally do and I was very rudely greeted by a older woman named Cindy blonde hair and glasses demanding to see my bi Mart card and I explained to her how I've never been asked for one before and she is now yelling at me slapping her hand on the table while 2 other employees were standing there Amanda black hair glasses and Richard older man glasses I than ask she than demands to see my id and if I don't she said and I qoute I need to get the (hell) out of the store I told her at this point I need to speak to a manager and Richard says he is one and i asked both employees if they did not just see her slap her hand on the counter and very rudely yell at me they both denied it because they were scared of the older woman Cindy at this point I'm asking for the general managers phone number and name and they won't give it to me and started acting very unprofessional Amanda than tells me its 5$ for a lifetime membership i told her I would sign uo with her and not Cindy because cindy treated me and my friend so poorly i pay my 5$ get my bi mart card and asked cindy who is sitting behind the desk hiding at this point if she needs to see it as well i ask to file a formal written complaint waited several minutes for them to tell me they couldnt find any of the forms so i said thats great and that i would be talking to a general manager they all had a very diffrent attitude at this point i hope bi mart the best and hope that they dont treat others like that I'm surprised Cindy still works there the way she hates her job obviously

I love shopping at Bimart. I always end up buying things I need, don’t need, and want. Spring time has the best selections of garden plants . I have found some of the best prices compared to anywhere else. Love this Port Orchard store. The staff is great.

Employees know where things are when you ask. And offer to show you where it is located.Appreciate as so many will say oh it's on lane 24 and it's not there . I'm talking about store in Port Orchard WA.

I discovered Bi-Mart a few months ago, after moving to a somewhat isolated rural area(about 45 minutes away). It's now my new favorite store. Their prices are generally competitive. I frequently cross shop between Costco and here, and Bi-mart often competes on price, without having to buy in bulk. The store format has a lot of variety in a relatively compact space. The employees have always been helpful when I need them. It's probably not a store format that will appeal to everyone, but if you want a "general store" format with good prices without the hastle of walking through their larger competitors, it's worth a look.

A really nice place for most everyday needs, and then some, at prices very competitive to larger stores. Staff are nice and courteous. Store is well organized with clear isle ways. Cheap membership is a huge plus for locals. I recommend at least a visit. They may not have as large selection as larger stores but they do carry lots of name brand products.

This place is employee owned. and membership is only $5! The prices r not really a whole lot cheaper, but for some things it is.. and they sell a wide range of everything, from clothes, accessories, furniture, electronics, guns, pet supplies, car stuff, tools, sports, hunting and fishing, and camping gear, children toys and games, housewares, home decor, kitchen appliances, office supplies... They got a little bit of everything here.. something for everyone... Including my favorite alcohol, which is hard to find!!! ?

Title: Terrible Customer Service at Bi-Mart: Disrespectful Manager and Lost Phone IncidentRating: ★☆☆☆☆I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Bi-Mart that left me frustrated and disgusted with their customer service. Not only did the store fail to address a simple issue, but the behavior of the manager, Tracy, was completely unacceptable and disrespectful.The incident occurred when a girl accidentally dropped her phone on the ground while shopping in the store. Instead of offering assistance or understanding, the manager on duty, Tracy, unreasonably decided to throw the phone in the garbage. This action alone was incredibly thoughtless and inappropriate, especially considering the fact that the girl was clearly distressed about her lost phone.When the girl returned to the store to inquire about her phone, Tracy's response was shockingly dismissive. Instead of taking responsibility and retrieving the phone from the garbage bin, Tracy callously told the girl that she could get it herself. This response is not only lazy and unprofessional but also displays a complete lack of empathy and customer care.It is mind-boggling that a store manager would refuse to assist a customer in such a situation. Tracy's unwillingness to correct the mistake made by the store and her outright refusal to provide the basic assistance required is utterly unacceptable. As a manager, it is their duty to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues in a prompt and respectful manner. Unfortunately, Tracy failed miserably in this regard.Moreover, the overall customer service at Bi-Mart was abysmal. Throughout my entire visit, I noticed a general lack of attentiveness and friendliness from the staff. It felt as if they were more interested in carrying out their tasks without any regard for the customers.I strongly advise against shopping at Bi-Mart based on this horrendous experience. Their customer service is below par, and their managerial staff, especially Tracy, demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. No one should have to go through the frustration and disrespect I experienced during my visit.
