Jenn had amazing customer service! She called for service at the paint department multiple times and when no one came, she left sporting goods to help us so we weren't waiting an unreasonable amount of time. Very fun and pleasurable to talk to.

My family of five had a great experience at the Port Orchard Bi-Mart everyone found treasures. My sons found great deals on BB guns and many other things all employees were so kind and helpful Jen especially stood out as welcoming and ready to help. We will make a point to visit again when we are in the area.
