“Dr. Li had an emergency and needed to cancel. Within two weeks squeezed me in when they had a cancellation. He went above and beyond in apt. for a filling. Ended up doing two and even rounded down my bite so it sits better when closed. Took extra time on me. I appreciate you Dr. Li!”
“Front desk staff was nice and helpful, provider was behind and was rushed through the appointment which isn't typical for that provider. He made sure to apologize and to address my concerns and explain things when I messaged after the appointment.”
