“The vegetarian gluten free options? Amazing! I've never eaten catering so well as someone with dietary needs. If you're worried about having enough to eat as someone with a special diet - don't. They have you covered. You won't ever be hungry.

We also had a team member come in late at night and the staff reached out to them personally to make sure they made it in safely. Way above and beyond at all times.”

“What a great space/program/organization!! The classes and facilities are really first class. You could argue (and win said argument) that it's the best of its kind in the state! Got tours of rooms and programs that I didn't do and then wanted to do them.”

“I can’t hype the team here up enough. They made the adoption process so smooth and helped me through every step. Shout out to Nicole for being just so kind. So happy with my new kitty, thank you Paws!”

“My husband and I recently rescued a baby robin from a busy parking lot, he was on the ground and leaving him would have been a death sentence. We were able to care for him while we called around to find his best shot at life. West sound wildlife shelter is the only one who didn't hesitate to tell us they would help. After we dropped Bean off (yes i named him) they were incredibly kind and continue to let me call and get updates on Bean. This truly is the most caring and wonderful group of people i have ever had the pleasure of working with. I look forward to getting the continued updates on little Bean throughout his journey. Thank you so much west sound wildlife shelter for all that you do and showing compassion and care for all the animals you help. I'll be speaking with you soon to get another update on Bean lol.”

“When I first moved to BI, I stopped at the Chamber of Commerce because they had two things I wanted/needed: tourist information (I wanted maps, brochures, etc. so I could learn more about my new home) and a satellite vehicle registration desk. The volunteer at the tourist info desk was wonderful and gave me a ton of great info. She also told me when I come in to register my vehicle, its first come, first serve and that they need to strictly adhere to open/close/lunch hours because they only have one agent and he'd never go home or get his lunch if they didn't - I appreciated her honesty and having come from CA, where the DMV is an absolute nightmare, I was okay because this was a service I hadn't expected and didn't mind waiting my turn when I came back later. Since then, I've discovered the chamber does a ton of other stuff to support this small community, provide and collaborate on community events and is a great resource for both the public and local businesses.”

“I chose to join here and not PSC for a number of reasons. I like the fact that I do not need to be a member of the NRA, they do not have a 2 second rule, and the safety officers are welcoming and really helpful without being on a power trip. The outdoor pistol range is nice and covered where it needs to be. Targets are hung and rolled out up to 25 yards without going cold. This would be a really good place for beginner, novice, and even some advanced shooters.Cons would be the hours of operation are very, very short for the pistol area, which is a shame. There is a skeet shooting and archery area, but no rifle range.Overall, I really like this place since I am a pistol shooter working on self-defense.”

“Excellent place to take the kiddo for a day. Charge parents to enter is a bit lame considering there is nothing here for adults. $40 for a family of three is very steep and not accessible to everyone at this price point.”
