She asked us what we wanted, directed us to it and we were in and out in 15 minutes with our mattress purchased and delivery scheduled. Delivery was yesterday. “I went to Matress Depot just trying to test out a new matress because my sleep number just wasn't doing it for me personally, and I was recommended by a friend so I stopped on by and I was amazed and the quality of the matress and the amazing customer service! I have lower back pain and Andy recommended the perfect matress. As soon as I laid down I was sold. Andy was very knowledgeable about the materials of all of his mattresses (Latex foam, memory foam, hybrid, ect.) And he was very friendly and got me an amazing price for a top of the line brand plus i was able to get a high quality matress protector and some bamboo sheets. Then to put the cherry on top I was able to get my matress delivered 4 days later. To say I'm satisfied is an understatement. Overall I absolutely love this store, it's a little pricey but more than worth it and I highly recommend shopping here for your next matress.”
“We simply came here because it was the closest to where we just moved in. The place definitely lives up to the reviews. It did not disappoint. Dwayne was very helpful, and just the right amount of freindly, and made the process go by quickly when it came to picking out all of our stuff. There was no pressure to hurry or bias towards the expensive materials, and that I can appreciate a lot. They have a good verity of mattresses and pillows 10/10 would recommend”
“I’m 6’5” and have owned a Sleep number for 15 years, have loved everything about it.
Recently, a part wore out, and I was ready to buy a replacement, totally worth it.
But when I got to the Silverdale Store, DJ redirected me to customer care because it’s still under warranty(!)
So we’ll get a fresh repair and spend less than a new mattress! How great is that.

“Not real high end but not Ashley. Every piece of furniture is at least a grand. If that's the price range you could do worse. Many options of Stressless chairs. Huge mattress section. My main problem is the sales staff. They're polite and helpful but the approach makes me pretty sure they're commission sales so they're always circling and offering business cards. Doesn't hurt to take a look and they're open late.”
