“I recently got an oil change and requested new windshield wipers. On the first day of rain in a long time I starting using my them and found that the driver's side wiper was not wiping a large swath right in my sightline. I drove over to my Jiffy Lube and explained the situation. Tony and Josh discovered that it was not the wiper itself but that the bar was bent and that a pin was malfunctioning. It was just opening time, they were short staffed and they still took the time to take the darn wiper arm apart and fix it for me. I love this Jiffy Lube! Always the best, kindest service and Tony and Josh were just the best. They went above and beyond to help me. Made my day.”
