Had transmission issues with my Ranger. Was diagnosed and determined that it needed replaced. Was a warranty replacement and the job was taken without question. Truck no longer has the issues it was serviced for and warranty covered all costs. The service reps were more than happy to get the process started and received no push back when it came to coverage. Staff was always polite and will continue to do business with them.”

“I recently got an oil change and requested new windshield wipers. On the first day of rain in a long time I starting using my them and found that the driver's side wiper was not wiping a large swath right in my sightline. I drove over to my Jiffy Lube and explained the situation. Tony and Josh discovered that it was not the wiper itself but that the bar was bent and that a pin was malfunctioning. It was just opening time, they were short staffed and they still took the time to take the darn wiper arm apart and fix it for me. I love this Jiffy Lube! Always the best, kindest service and Tony and Josh were just the best. They went above and beyond to help me. Made my day.”

Owning a tree service, equipment, and vehicles constantly are in need of repair. KC is always happy to help and does so with a smile on his face.
I have used his services numerous times over the years. He always gets me right in, and just simply gets things handled. He's never given me an excuse, or added hidden fees. He never tries to upsell work on me and I have learned that I can trust him. He always makes me feel like I am his only customer, even though he usually always has a numerous cars being worked on. It is nice to know that there is a small, hard working neighborhood mechanic that values his integrity and relationships with the community over making a dollar.
One other story I would like to share about KC's character... my mom had a tire pressure code on her dash. She put air in her tires, and the light didn't go away. She then took it to a shop that I won't name to diagnose the issue. The shop told her the sensor had failed and needed replaced. When she asked which one, they told her all 4 of them. They wanted $864 for the work. She asked for my advice, and I told her to take it to KC. When he received her car, he checked the pressure on all 4 tires ALONG WITH THE SPARE in her trunk... she had a low spare tire... literally that simple. He could've chosen to agree with the other shop, come in cheaper for the work, and made $700 for only needing to air up her spare. If that doesn't show this man's character, I don't know what will.
There are times in your life where you meet someone in a professional setting; where you come away feeling happy about the connection you made. Every time I recommend someone to him, they always have such positive feedback about their experience.
Do yourself a favor... don't take my word for it. If you have a vehicle issue that needs fixing, call KC first. Give him an opportunity. You have nothing to lose and will come away reminded that there are still trustworthy people in the automotive repair industry.”

“Been going to these guys since 2006. I've had 3 cars fixed in that time, the same one twice. Everytime my car came out looking brand new and perfect. Not only is the work stellar, the people are fantastic! Friendly, professional , efficient. The repairs are fast and done on time. Communication is excellent and they handle insurance so I never have to worry about it. Any repair you need go here. I can't gush enough about this shop!

“Our first meeting with Kitsap Rv was to winterize our camper . We had an appointment scheduled for a later date to do this service prior to my calling to reschedule because of a chemo treatment The person in service totally understood and said bring it in an hour We did and had the service preformed Their service dept did a great job for us and told us to bring it back in the spring for them to get it ready for us to go camping at No charge ! That spring we decided not to camp due to a rare disease and gave it to them to sell for us We were told they would sell it within a couple of months and it was !!! Both sales and service get 5 stars Thanks Kitsap RV Give them a try”

12/18. The people are great but price has gone up exponentially since last year! Partly due to current US administration taking away incentives to buy fuel efficient vehicles.”
