“Nice selection of items for the size of store. Bathrooms have always been clean. Employees are helpful and patient. Not all sale items ring up correct, the Yankee Candles are the worst. Take a picture of the sale tag, save time of having to walk back. I have not tried the Subway. If you like cheese, the cheese curds in the cold case by check out is worth the $”
“I was in desperate need of shoes while visiting Bainbridge. I have unusually-shaped feet which make finding shoes tricky and I tend to put it off as long as possible. Nancy was unbelievably helpful every step of the way. She was thorough and careful to get me accurate measurements and gave very knowledgeable recommendations. She absolutely went the extra mile. Not only did she find me the right shoes, due to the rain and the hour, she took the time to personally help us get to dinner accomodations. This store and the ladies who work there are all absolute gems.”
“We went in on Black Friday and we found amazing customer service from Jesse, the store manager! He helped us get the whole family outfitted with incredible snowboarding packages. Was patient and took his time, even though it was busy and he was short staffed. When the kids inevitably grow, we will be back!!”
“I believe the associate who helped me was Chantee. I'm away from home and forgot my running shoes so had to buy another pair. She was so friendly and helpful. I even got my child a pair due to my great deals in the Famous Footwear app. I definitely appreciate all her help!”
“Found the associates bored and not attentive to the customers. The only time they woke up was when my rain jacket was marked wrong but I still got the lower price because they had to honor it. My lucky day! Customer serve is highly lacking, training is incomplete in a lot of retail businesses.”
“Excellent place. I really liked how they designed the inside of the store. The service is to notch, making sure you get exactly what you are looking for. And i LOVE how most of their product has warranties. Whoever heard of a warranty on work boots? Except for the prices (I'm on a strict budget) this place is the place to go for anything work related for workwear. I highly recommend.And when you're done there, just hop on over to their neighbor for some "funner" shopping! ??”
“Long story short.-I had issues when ordering on line, (Is was during and just after the holidays.) my experience left me very frustrated. I finally decided I was going into the store and explained the problem I was having. I received help from ALEXIS ❤️ She listened patiently, as I explained Step-by-step my experience. She made a phone call, read about the process that had taken place. She was very kind, personable and Professional. “This was my first time actually going into this store and I do have to say that they have excellent customer service there and the prices on everything is a hell of a lot cheaper than anywhere I've looked which is saying something.
