“Jeremy & Theresa are super helpful, always giving great recommendations. I primarily purchase my airsoft gear from Kitsap Sports since I started playing about 5 years ago. Jeremy is a wonderful tech and will give you great recommendations especially when you’re just starting off in the sport, he won’t tell you to buy XYZ, he will give you actual recommendations.
The airsoft games are every Sunday, I have become one of the regulars who plays every weekend for the last few years. Lots of regulars that travels from Tacoma and Seattle area and also have built a community welcoming new players to the field. I primarily enjoy the annual Fight Fest event every August and the competition that Jeremy hosts. I highly recommend Kitsap Sports and visiting the field.”

“Went to Silverdale's Famous Footwear today. They didn't have the sandals I was looking for. Thankfully, Kenna helped me order them. There were some problems finding them, but she persevered. She was able to order them and also find a discount for me. Kenna was very enjoyable to work with. Because of her great customer service, I will go back.”

The size limits the stock on hand but I get the impression they can order just about whatever you want. They were awesome enough to get some pants I wanted and I’m hopeful they can get whatever gear to, within reason.”
“I went into Big Five in Silverdale yesterday and was greeted by Nate. This guy is the man. He asked if I needed any help finding anything and I let him know that I was looking to get a hunting license. He said that he was happy to help me with that and despite the Washington system having some technical difficulties, he worked through it and was able to get me exactly what I needed in a timely manner. In this age where customer service is hardly taught and found, it was refreshing to talk with someone who was truly great at helping customers.

“There's a ton of cool stuff in this place, and the gentleman i see there each time is very cool, but it certainly does suffer from that mall pricing model that keeps everything just out of reach for me. It can be rewarding to check here first though before the other sports shops in the mall. Twice I've found hats on clearance that are still $35-40 a hundred yards away it's wild!”

“I went in to find some shoes that I could work in. I do a lot of walking. I tried on many shoes but struggled to find a pair that were my tiny foot size. Zach was amazing! It didn't phase him how many times he went to the back to find a size for me. He wound up finding a cool color/precis size and design I was looking for. Super awesome team! Had a great experience today, and I'm excited to wear my new shoes to work tomorrow.”
