“Best experience dealing with a flat tire that I have ever had. I had a huge hole in my tire from a screw which was leaking bad, and it happened at 7:00 pm when all the tire shops were already closed, but I saw BT Mobull tire was open so I called and when I arrived, he had my tire plugged, filled with air, and back on my car in about 10 minutes. Will hopefully not need his services again, but if I do, I know who I'm calling first.”

“I was visiting from Edmonds and got a nail in my tire! I stopped in and they took care of me right away. The owner swapped in my spare, free of charge, and gave me some recommendations for getting a new tire put on. The real boss, the Boston Terrier, was very welcoming as well.”
“One of the best places for wheels tires and suspension it’s a little late for my review but I got new wheels and tires a few months ago because my last one came bent with the car. They hooked me up with credit so I could replace my wheels and tires and they did so in a speedy and supper friendly manner! And most recently they replaced my sway bar end links in less than 2 hours while they where pretty busy which is mind boggling to me when the bolts where stripped out and they had to cut them out and I’ve never had a bad experience coming into this store. Always super friendly and helpful with anything I needed. Huge shoutout to both Gabe’s and Randy for your customer service!”

“Ordered my tires online and set up appointment for a date after the estimated arrival; did need to reschedule as they had the tires in stock. Arrived at time for my appointment (at open); it took about an hour for install, conveniently when I was at checkout in the warehouse. Very convenient and the employee that helped was very nice.”
“The tires I ordered didn't arrive on time. So the guys at Firestone price matched some nicer tires for the same price as the cheepos I ordered. 10/10 would recommend”

“I arrived about 530 and there was only one car in front of me. I went there for an oil change and from start to finish it was about 1hr 45mins. They only had two people working so although to some it may seem like a long wait, I think for the price and service it’s worth it.”
“These guys are awesome! While driving my transmission started acting up. I looked all around and every place I called eithet gave me the run around saying that the filter would have to be ordered or that they couldn't change the fluid or they were closed. These guys not only were open but said it was an easy fix and they had everything in stock as it was a common filter. They even understood I was with family and was nice enough to give me a ride to drop off and pick up the car so that I could attend to the medical appt my kid had. Since then I have not had any issues with my transmission. I highly recommend this place!!”

“Nice staff work done quickly but they won't do anything extra. They diagnosed bad water pump,also timing belt and harmonic balancer. Check engine light on when went in still on when I picked up. Think they would have seen that and asked about it. Also told them engine cover was in the back and was still there when picked up,thought they might at least put it back on.”
