“Early Sunday morning November 12th of 23, getting ready to go to the grocery store stepped out front, boom my passenger front tire is flat.All of the other repair stores are totally booked, I would have needed to call my insurance company to get a tow because I didn't want to ride on the rim, BT is first on the internet, and he didn't let me down just like the website says 24 hours a day. He arrived about a half an hour later and we saw the problem, Big screw and he was able to fix it right on the spot, BT mobile tire rocks.”

“I needed a couple of tires for my Volvo and made an appointment for 4/2. I arrived a few minutes early and Byron assisted me. I shared what tire size and brand I wanted and he didn't try to up sell me, which is a great start! Byron did suggest I change the wipers on the car, and I told him I was going to do that myself after the tire installation. He offered a discount to earn my business and beat any retail store around town! The tech took my car in rotated the tires and installed the new ones as well as installing the new wipers. The car was done within 20 minutes! I'm not saying it's always this quick of service, but today it was and I appreciated the quickness of the work. I have been to this location several times and have always had a good experience, but today was stellar! Thanks Byron! And all the service techs that worked on my car too!”

My wife's brake lines got cut from rubbing on the tires and he sent out a service truck to make sure my family was okay and to see if they could figure out what was wrong. They not only got to her in 30 minutes but helped find the problem in a parking lot. We ended up getting the suv towed back to the shop and both brake lines were replaced. I would 100% recommend the auto center way Les Schwab. Thanks guys! Way to go above and beyond!”
