“Not this location: The first location I went to near the Gorst gas station was not only in an unmarked locksmith shop, but the man inside was of no help and directed me to the app. When I explained the app didn't work he told me to call the phone line for them to do it. I was super confused on why he refused to help.

This location: When I booked online they send me to the ABC Boats and RV uhaul rental location and I was greeted by one of the most helpful men. I'm embarrassed to say I didn't get his name. The quoted price online was easily a few hundred Dollars which he said was ridiculous for me traveling close to about 7 miles away. He cancelled that order. As his local system was down, he used his own phone to help me book(because my app wasn't working still) and found a way to make the total close to a quarter of the original charge before taxes and fees for 1 day of use. I ended up calling him early the next day and asking to extend the return time. He said I could drop it off the same time the following day. Due to some familial chaos and a short trip to the hospital later, I sadly wasn't able to use the 2nd day I paid for and I returned the truck early. He was so kind as to not hold me to that 2nd days cost and show me some human kindness. A truly positive and kind man.”

“Costco was crowded as usual but if you know the store and have a list it's quick and fast. I was in and out in 25 minutes. Had to also reup my membership.”
