Used the drive through to get birthday cash for our granddaughter. The lady who helped us filled out the withdrawal slip after having me sign it. She was friendly, helpful and efficient. Exceptional service was much appreciated.

Could be a 5. The staff are efficient, helpful and friendly. I rarely have to wait in line for more than a minute or two. I do most if my bank business on line and find the website easy to use.

I find it hard to believe the spoiled, entitled and arrogant reviews of some people here. Having lived in costa rica for 20 years, I’ve had to patiently wait at a bank for 1/2 hour to 2 days for a transaction - and sometimes the transaction never works. And by the way, Chase is the number one bank for a reason.
