The Old Consulate Inn is a lovely historic home in Port Townsend, offering a perfect romantic getaway. It is beautifully situated in a perfect location, close enough to town to walk but out of the way enough to relax, with close proximity to everything. Guests can enjoy gorgeous views of the water and the Sound, watching deer grazing on the beach. Rooms are very clean, quiet, quaint, and cozy, with comfortable beds. The wonderful and gracious hosts are so kind and provide quick, thoughtful service. The amazing breakfast is delicious and excellent, featuring a fantastic three-course meal that is not your regular cafe food, with accommodations for food allergies. The beautiful Victorian house includes a fun game room. It is a wonderful experience, truly one of a kind and worth every penny. Guests would definitely stay again and highly recommend it.

Wonderful experience! We stayed in the Tower Room with a sitting area overlooking the lighthouse grounds and a view of the water. In the morning we watched deer grazing and wandering the beach. The amazing breakfast was 3 courses including dessert to start your day. I highly recommend staying here for any visit!
