P.T. Verizon store has the best manager, Jason. He is efficient, courteous, patient and hard working. He fixed my iPhone fitting my problem in between serving two other people and he was working alone!

Jason was extremely helpful. When he did everything he knew how to fix my phone, and nothing worked, he called Verizon tech support, waited on hold for 10-15 minutes, & eventually found an answer -- all this while patiently dealing with multiple other customers in the store. Kudos!

Horrible service. We won't go back, and it is making us look at switching carriers even though it's a rep. Save your time, and frustration and opt elsewhere.

Worst customer service we have ever had. We where there for 3 hours and our problem was not fixed. In that time we witnessed 3 other customers leave unhappy as well. He made it feel like it was our fault and our problem. Not an exaggeration to describe him as verbally assaulting (did not have a name tag and never introduced himself so we do not have confirmation of his name - on the receipt it said Josh but unsure if that was actually his name). Definitely won't be returning here and would recommend you all steer clear of this place as well. Still trembling from the experience.We are new to this area and have had only had great experiences with literally EVERYONE else in Port Townsend as well as in Sequim. This store is unfortunate on so many levels.

I loved Verizon service and the hometown store we had.. Tom Kim kept my whole family as Verizon customers for the last 15 years because of the level of service he provided. If he behaved in a similar manner as I was treated today, we'd be with another carrier.Moving to another small town I'm disappointed by how the store manager behaved. I will never return to the local store, and would recommend doing any business online or with another carrier after today's trip in to this store.
