“The staff at Caliber Collision were great. they are friendly, polite and knowledgeable. The appraiser, Victoria, even noticed some damage that I had not seen. The work was done properly and timely. They took me home after dropping off the vehicle and even had a three car caravan to get me home when the work was done because I stopped at the shop in my other car to say I would need a ride. Instead of following me home and bringing me back to get the truck, they had someone drive my truck home and someone else to follow so that I wouldn’t have to make two trips. “Shout out to poulsbo leschwab. We managed to blow a tire on our boat trailer in the town of Brinnon, which is roughly an hour away. This location was willing to stay a little bit after closing and waited for my wife to arrive with rim and tire. They were able to mount and balance a new one and get us back on the road. You really went above the call.
