“Took my bike in to get my front tire changed. Spoke with Marshall who went above and beyond. He told me it would take a few hours and I explained to him I have a memorial ride and meet up is at 1. He called me an hour and half later to tell me my bike was done! Mind you I brought my own tire in because I got it faster. Great service! Thanks guys”

“I went to Firestone to replace all four struts and to get an alignment. The mechanics did such a phenomenal job. My car is running much better than it has in a long time. The clerks are very precise and accurate with wait times and when I can expect my vehicle to be ready. All the clerks treats me well. Today is Sept 3rd 2026. I got my 3 rear tail lights repaired today I'm very pleased firestone did an accurate diagnostic to make sure it was my bulbs needed to be replaced & to be certain it's not an electrical problem. Dan is my technician, & he did a phenomenal job and he replaced them very quickly. I'm relieved the technicians pay attention to detail, as I'm getting my rear tail lights replaced, the staff recommended I replaced my front brakes too. I'm getting this done as well. I'm very thankful firestone has reasonable prices so I can get all my important auto repairs done so I can continue driving safely on the road. All the staff are friendly & informative. The great performance on the repairs, the staff and affordable pricing is why I prefer to get all my auto repairs done here.”
